In addition to its other functions, the Purchasing Section advises the ABC Board on discontinuing brands of merchandise and reducing prices on closeout items. This series contains computer printouts of closeout items, compiled by the Purchasing Section on a monthly basis, to keep the Board informed about the sales and inventories of discontinued brands. The information listed on the printout includes vendor's name, code number, name, cost and retail price by bottle, store and warehouse inventory, and sales for that month.
